OUR BUILDING PROCESS
Building a new home is an exciting experience, but it can also be overwhelming. This is why we walk through the process upfront and manage each step for you. We are an intimate builder that works with our clients very closely to ensure our customers needs are met from beginning to end. All of our clients are provided a personal web portal that allows them to stay connected 24/7 with selections, jobsite schedule, management logs, any budget changes, and all communications in one space.
In addition, you can rest assured that our team of professionals will give you the boutique build experience that has defined our reputation for the past 15 years. We pride ourselves on providing a professional Interior Designer as part of our build experience, Project Managers that have a professional background and, and highly crafted Carpenters that are on staff to assure you the homeowner, that your new home is being built to the highest standard. \

Matt Kronaizl
Owner and Builder
Not many people can say they have chosen a career that they truly love and are passionate about but in this case, I did! Each house we build is a product of hard work, attention to detail and incredible design. With a business first mindset and thorough understanding of the building process, my mission is to build inspiring and 100% pure quality custom homes. As Past President and a current Board of Directors member for the Metro Omaha Builders Association for 9+ years, much of my spare time has been spent giving back to the construction industry, bringing designers and builders together to work on the challenges and opportunities facing the entire industry.
My goal is to provide a fun and stress free experience to home building, all while making sure that at the end of the project you and your family move into the home of your dreams. We have built a truly professional organization which realizes that a referral is the most sincere compliment one can receive. Therefore, I want to make sure we build you a home that you are proud to show to your family and friends.
Mattie Miller
Interior Designer
Mattie is a graduate from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design and double minors in Architecture and Product Design. She lives and breathes the world of residential interior design! While she's had the opportunity to work in Sports Interiors, her heart has always been drawn to residential design. She believes that a home should be a reflection of the people living in it, and she's passionate about creating spaces that are not just beautiful, but also personal, functional, and comfortable.
Myles Gardner P.E.
Project Manager
Myles has a B.S in Civil Engineering, with an extensive background in design and project management of civil projects, mostly focused around transportation and water resources. While building his own home, he fell in love with residential construction and has been a key element in Quality Control and Processes at Sierra Homes. Myles is a detail-oriented project manager who loves a challenge and enjoys removing homeowner headaches from the building process. Our Owner Matt & Myles are in constant communication and work as one team to manage every build we bring to life.
Cassie Randall
Office Manager / Realtor
Cassie acquired a degree in marketing and management which empowers her to understand the criticalities of business operations as well as catering to clients. She specializes in handling the day to day office duties, as well as, all of Sierra’s social media platforms. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Dustan Johnson
Carpenter & Warranty Manager
Dustan has been in the construction industry for 28+ years with a majority in residential and is a 3rd generation carpenter who loves his family and the lake area. He was a general contractor for 12 years before joining our team . Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, classic cars, and vacationing with his wife and two boys.
Trent Cornett
Carpenter
Trent is a second generation trim carpenter who at age seventeen began learning the trade from his father. With a passion for art, accuracy, and a eye for design he can build whatever ideas you throw at him. We are lucky to have Trent and being the last major trade to touch your new home his role is crucial to the fit and finish everyone sees in your new Sierra Home.
